Eligibility: Westgate Resorts NASCAR VIP Experience Sweepstakes (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who sign up at the online Giveaway page https://westgateexperience.com/events/nascar-events/speedway-motorsports-sweepstakes/ by entering their information and completing all areas in the submission form. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry to be eligible to win. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Westgate Resorts, Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), Central Florida Investments, Inc., or its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or where not registered. This Giveaway does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status.
Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content.
By entering this Giveaway and providing your information, you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions: By providing your name, address, telephone, or electronic mail address (collectively my "Contact Information") or otherwise using this Site, you consent to and request for us to contact you to discuss this offer and the services and products we provide. Providing your Contact Information and your use of our Site shall be construed as a business inquiry by you of Central Florida Investments, Inc. and Westgate Resorts, LTD (collectively "Westgate"), even though neither entity may be affiliated with, or responsible for, the content contained on this offer. Westgate is thereby authorized by you to make a return telephone call to you and you agree that Westgate may contact you using an automated telephone dialing system, prerecorded message, or by electronic mail. You agree to hold Central Florida Investments, Inc., Westgate Resorts, LTD, and their related or affiliated companies harmless and hereby release and indemnify their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from providing your Contact Information or accessing any affiliated sites.
Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online at https://westgateexperience.com/events/nascar-events/speedway-motorsports-sweepstakes/ beginning June 29, 2022 (06/29/2022) at 3:00 PM EST and ending July 29, 2022 (07/29/2022) at 3:00 PM EST. All online entries must be received by July 29, 2022 (07/29/2022) at 3:00 PM EST.
How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered between Wednesday, June 29, 2022 (06/29/2022) starting at 3:00 PM EST through Friday, July 29, 2022 (07/29/2022) by 3:00 PM EST. Just go to the above web address and enter your personal information in all required fields. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You must fill in the information requested to be qualified to win. You may not use multiple email addresses, accounts, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Prize and Prize Conditions: One First Place winner will receive a prize package good for two (2) people that includes a 3 day / 2 night stay at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino and two (2) NASCAR VIP passes to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway NASCAR Races October 14-17, 2022. Average retail value is $4,906.00. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. Only one entry per person. Prize must be used on October 14-17, 2022 (10/14/2022-10/17/2022). Must follow reservation directions provided by Sponsor and a reservation must be made prior to arrival at resort or Speedway. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or package. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Sponsor, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the original prize (or that part of the prize) with an alternative prize to the equal monetary value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for all incidentals, service charges, gratuities, personal expenses, and transportation to and from Prize. Any and all entrants participating in or using profanity, unsportsmanlike conduct, explicit or discriminatory language, and/or defamation of the Westgate brand or any and all others will be automatically disqualified at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, garbled, incomplete, and/or corrupted entries, and qualified entries shall be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, statements and biographical information, voice, and address in all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation, notice or further compensation.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner selection and notification: The winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor to be conducted on August 1, 2022 (08/01/2022) at 2801 Old Winter Garden Rd, Ocoee, FL 34761. Winners will be notified by phone call and email to the number and address provided at time of entry following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ lack of account notifications, spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and/or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, and/or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Terms and Conditions: Prize is not redeemable for cash or other services. Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, and/or certificate. Dates for certificate use are subject to availability as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. All entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and a U.S. Resident to win. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper delay of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right to eliminate all entrants found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Void where prohibited by law or not registered. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, garbled, incomplete or corrupted entries, and qualified entries shall be determined solely in the discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to alter Giveaway terms, requirements, prize and rules at its sole discretion. Prize must be used on October 14-17, 2022 (10/14/2022-10/17/2022).
Release and Limitations of Liability: The winner agrees to release and forever hold harmless Sponsor, its related and affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of participation in the Giveaway or any claims arising from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant’s entry or participation or use or misuse of prizes. All entrants agree to release and forever hold harmless Sponsor, its related and affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Giveaway.
Disputes: This offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants, winner(s) and Westgate in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. Any and all disputes arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in State or Federal Court in Orange County, FL. The following Giveaway is intended for viewing and participation at the time of entry and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. Offers are not directed to residents in any state and do not constitute an offer in which a registration of the timeshare plan is required but in which registration requirements have not yet been met.
You acknowledge and agree that, in any court case you may file, you WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THAT YOU CANNOT FILE A CLAIM IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY OR AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR FILE A CLAIM AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR MASS ACTION OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Sponsor is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond its control.

These terms and conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant, or representative of any unauthorized person(s).
